2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals normally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal requests can only be made after the bonus wagering requirement has been met. rm92 may require that withdrawals be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

2.3 Anti-Money Laundering

rm92 prohibits money laundering. If any deposit or withdrawal is suspected to be suspicious, rm92 may place a hold on those transactions while an investigation is carried out.

3.1 First Deposit Bonus

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

• A maximum stake limit may apply while a bonus is active; if that limit is exceeded, the bonus may be forfeited.

At rm92, players can progress through 4 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on their play activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

If the cashback amount does not match the player's valid bet history, rm92 may request clarification before releasing the payment. Once cashback is credited, a wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

5.2 Prohibited Play Practices
